We have updated our Return/Exchange policies due to the evolving production timelines during the global pandemic.
Unfortunately, we can not depend on product being as readily available as it previously was. This has impacted our inventory significantly.
All orders ship within 5-10 days.
All sales are final.
We will honor one exchange within 15 days of the date you received your package.
- Before shipping us your product for exchange, you must email us at email@example.com with "EXCHANGE" in the subject line to confirm we have your desired product and size in stock.
- Please only ship your exchange package to us after we have confirmed that we have your desired product in stock.
- You are responsible for shipping costs associated with your return to our office.
- We will pay for reshipping fees for shipping the new package to you.
